Dear Madam President,
Dear Mister President,

On the occasion of the Czech Presidency of the Council of the EU, we would like to invite you to attend the XLI COSAC meeting which will be held in Prague on 10 – 12 May 2009.

The Conference will take place at the Žofín Palace (Slovanský ostrov 226, Praha 1) on Monday 11 and Tuesday 12 May 2009. The event will start with a dinner on Sunday, May 10 at the Prague’s Municipal House. A guided tour of the Prague Castle will be organized before the dinner.

Following the approval of the COSAC Troika and Chairpersons' Meeting, held on 9 - 10 February 2009 in Prague, please find herewith the draft programme of the Conference. The registration form, hotel reservation form, and further information are available on the Parliament’s website for the Czech Presidency (www.parliament.cz) and on the COSAC website (www.cosac.eu). We would appreciate if you could submit the registration and hotel reservation forms before 27 March 2009.
